Location used by System apps

Very vague. Now I'm wondering what apps? What service(s)? And why?

If you actually tap on the message "being used by system apps" after tapping the green location symbol, it will tell which ones.

Hmm... Nothing I'd really need to know. The reason I ask is that the green dot shows over DeX when I'm trying to watch stuff on the tv. I suppose I'll just keep disabling it whenever I'm watching.
