In ear call volume

Does anyone have less in ear call volume than the media?

Hmm just when call starts its low and goes up or what do you mean

It stays very faint ,I have no issues with all the other sounds

I was told to clean the ear speaker but it's covered by the glass

Theres 2 speakers on phone I would run the diagnostic test can skip most just do the microphone and speakers ones

This might sound strange, try your other ear and see if that helps

Yes the sound when you're talking on the phone is going to be different than the sound when you're listening to music the speakers are different than microphones are different they are also set at different decibel settings what you are experiencing is not a bug it's how it's supposed to be
