I've been trying to understand why I still have One UI 5 while everyone else is on 8? My model is older (s20+) but not so old that I shouldn't have been given the newest interface? I even went to check for updates and there's none available.
I have Cricket Wireless and each time there is a software update My phone got it except a11-then a14 5g, Now have a16 5g got the new software update like this month?I think and its suppose to get I think 5or 6 more updates Glad I got the a16 5g ๐๐๐๐๐ Doesn't disappoint ๐๐
You will only get updates as long as your phone model is eligible. The S20, was only eligible for 3 or 5 years of updates, don't remember which. Newer phones, like yours, get 7 years.
