Galaxy S PhonesThe A15 doesn't have a whole lot of storage space. It's possible you are simply out of space. On a 32GB ssd, half the drive space is taken up by the operating system. which means you would only have about 15 GB for your apps. if you filled up the drive, there would be no room left for updates to happen or for new apps to be installed. Open up the My Files app, and see how much storage space you are using. If your space is full, you will have to uninstall some non essential apps or offload your photos onto a flash drive or utilize the SD card for photos and music.

Galaxy S PhonesWell, before you do a reset, try clearing the phone's cache partition (that's what all the updates use as workspace). It may save you the hassle of of the reset/restore.
