Horrible Gesture Swiping

Is there any way to go back to having the three swipe options at the bottom when using swipe gestures? Having the back buttons be on the entire left and right side of the phone breaks so many apps and it is not intuitive. This is not an iPhone and I don't want it to become an iPhone either

No, I do not want to use the buttons instead

Download Goodlock
Enable the Navstar Module
Toggle on Enable show extra gestures
Exit Goodlock
Open phone settings
Display
Navigation bar
Select Swipe
More Options
Select 3 swipe
