I have no ringtones or notification sounds on my S7. When I select a ringtone or a notification sound, I hear nothing. If I move the ringtone or notification volume slider, I hear nothing. If I move the media or system volume slider, the media sound or system click plays. I hear KBD clicks. I can't hear voicemail. Other apps produce sounds. I can make and receive calls. Where is the problem?

Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the cache? Sometimes this will clear up any software bugs. If you do what I mentioned, do it 3 times in a row (clear cache, not the whole process) and then restart. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!

Power off your phone. Simultaneously hold down the volume up, home, and power buttons until you see the Samsung boot logo. Once you see that logo, ONLY RELEASE the power key, but keep holding the other two until your phone goes into recovery mode. Use the volume keys to navigate and the power button to select. Clear the cache 3 times, then reboot. LMK if this helps! GL!

I managed to get to recovery but not without some strange error messages.

I can't seem to post it because it "contains invalid HTML"

I wiped cache

Nothing change
