Galaxy S10 photo editor 3.0.10.40 can't add text

How do I add text to my pictures now????  I like to label my birds, plants, snakes, spiders, etc. so I can see what they are without having to open the picture details.

1. Open the picture in Gallery that you want to edit.
2. Click the Edit button
3. Click the Smiley face icon.
4. Then you can click on Text as mentioned by @user365170tdJ15 to add text.
