Galaxy S PhonesYou consented to all of this by agreeing to the TOS and EULA during initial setup. Even if you did not read those documents in their entirety, they are still legally binding.
You will be hard pressed to find any flagship device from any manufacturer that does not integrate AI in some form or fashion. Certain low end A series Samsung phones do not have Galaxy AI, so that may be something to consider for your next device.

Galaxy S PhonesI do not see how to turn them off in the settings. The only thing that happens when you click on Galaxy AI is the information about it. And when you toggle the Process Data Only On Device it's completely unclear whether it should be grayed out or blue.
I absolutely ABHORE the "auto correct" functions on the texting et al and the voice text features are LOUSY. My little cheap previous android--the cheapest I could find--did a better job with voice text. This one doesn't even understand punctuation words.
