Feature request: allow selection of which earbud to use as microphone.
Each time I connect my earbuds (brand irrelevant, should be a phone function entirely), due to poor memory, I have to kinda talk into both earbuds one at a time and see which one is acting as a mic. It doesn't seem that both function as a mic at the same time. I use monster achieve 300 airlinks (just as an example for this scenario) and I'll have one in my ear as a speaker and one on my desk as a mic. It'd be cool if the phone (any phone) would allow to select L or R to act as the mic, that way there's no needing to try them individually to see which one is acting as the mic. Does this make sense?
Really? I don't use Galaxy buds, but at times I have decided to just use one bud if I'm only using it for calls. I don't really have an ear preference for that one bud, but whichever ear I have the bud in, I've always been able to take calls with just the one bud. It has always been my understanding that when one uses one bud, the mic works for whichever bud is in your ear, although I never really gave it a lot of thought. This may be dependent on whether the other bud remains in the case.
