My elderly mother had problems with her S10 Plus, and I finally had to do a factory reset. After going through the set up, I opened her Contacts app. Each contact only had the name and phone number. There wasn't the "View More" to add addresses, etc.

Any idea what I can do to remedy this issue?

When you are in contacts app, tap a name and at the bottom tap Edit, then you will see view more on the next screen

Charkatak, thank you for your response. I tried that; no 'view more.'

Maybe you need to updates apps. Look for app updates on Galaxy store app.

Additionally check to see if you are using Samsung contacts app and not a third party version.

Also open contacts, then tap on 3 lines to go to menu, then gear icon and scroll down to about contacts and this will show you if there is an update available.

You can also create a temporary contact name and see if you can add address.

Here is how it looks on my screen Screenshot_20220427-193238_Contacts.jpg

Charkatak, thank you again. I kept trying different things and something worked. The "view more" with all the extra information is there.
