Can someone tell me what does the "recycle symbol" mean?

There is a (recently), symbol (recycle looking), @ the top of my phone, next to the sound indicator. 

Does this mean my S10e, will self-destruct... Mission: Impossible style?🤪

@ChelseaFCfan1 I guessing that you have enabled data saver. Without a screenshot it is really hard to tell.
