Galaxy S Phones3 or 4 times a day my S20 phone restarts with message that it is caused by this app. I turned this app off in Advanced Features yet it still shuts down by phone. I have never used it; don't want to use it. I have deleted the Cache, the data and selected Force Stop. But every day this app still causes my phone to restart. App info shows this app has used 22 MB of average Memory in the last 3 hours!! How do I nuke this app? Or make it stop causing my phone to restart?

Galaxy S PhonesIf you're experiencing frequent restarts on your Samsung Galaxy S20 and receiving a message attributing it to a specific app, here are some steps you can take to address the issue:
Clear cache and data: Clearing the cache and data of the troublesome app can often resolve issues related to app performance. Go to Settings > Apps > [Problematic App] > Storage, and tap on "Clear cache" and "Clear data." This will reset the app to its default settings, so be aware that any personalized preferences or saved data within the app will be lost.
Disable or uninstall the app: If clearing the cache and data doesn't resolve the problem, you can try disabling or uninstalling the app altogether. To disable the app, go to Settings > Apps > [Problematic App], and tap on "Disable." This will prevent the app from running and potentially causing further issues. If you want to completely remove the app, you can select "Uninstall" instead.
Update the app: If an update for the problematic app is available, installing it might help resolve compatibility issues or bugs that could be causing the frequent restarts. Visit the Google Play Store, search for the app, and tap on "Update" if an update is listed.
Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your Samsung Galaxy S20 in Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by a third-party app. In Safe Mode, only pre-installed system apps will be available, temporarily disabling third-party apps. If the frequent restarts don't occur while in Safe Mode, it suggests that a third-party app is the culprit. Uninstall recently installed or suspicious apps to identify the problematic one.
Factory reset: If the problem persists after trying the above steps, performing a factory reset may be necessary. A factory reset will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up your important data before proceeding. You can usually find the factory reset option in the Settings menu, typically under "System" or "General Management." Keep in mind that a factory reset will restore your phone to its original state, so you will need to set up your device again from scratch.
If the issue continues even after following these steps, it's recommended to visit an authorized service center for further assistance. They will have access to the most up-to-date information and can provide specific guidance based on your device model and software version.
