Blurry / Unable to focus Camera - Galaxy S20

Hi, I just got my S20 and realized there's focusing issues with the camera. It's still blurry no matter how many times I try to refocus and it only works if I move back much further than I normally would do. 

 

Also, another feedback, it would cool if I could turn on and off my data from the navigation bar instead of going to the settings.

Since September, I have been unable to scan barcodes on my S20 Ultra 5G. To say that I am becoming perturbed with Samsung...is an understatement. For the amount of money that I paid for this phone, $1400.00), your company NEEDS TO DO BETTER! I've always had the S Line and I am seriously considering going back to LG after this one goes out. I want my issue resolved IMMEDIATELY!

So for the past week or so my S20 Ultra camera just won't focus.

Wide angle and zoom are fine, no issues, but anything from 1.0x to 4.0x is just blurry.

I've tried all the fixes I've found online and nothing 

I've reset the camera app

Cleared the cache multiple times

Gone into recovery mode and cleared the cache partition

Tried to shake the phone to see if the sensor was stuck

Checked for updates and installed the latest ones

And again, nothings worked.

 

Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me nuts now

Same here on the S21 Ultra. I did not find a solution yet... Can anybody help?

I reached out to the customer service 24/7. They told me to restart the device and it fixed the issue. I dunno if it is just temporary or permanent... will see...

What model number, carrier and software build do you have?

Software build: (settings > about phone > software information - last 4 digits of SW build number)

submit an error report on members app > + button > error report

Do this right after you reproduce the issue

Do you see any dust underneath any of the sensors? Take it under a light to check.
