Blue dot on top of screen Samsung S9+

So basically, my mom had samsung s9+ and she used that phone over 3 years, she saw this whole time the blue dot on top of the screen, after 2 years the dot disappear.

No idea what would cause blue dot on screen unless was set there in like a wallpaper

It was not wallpaper, and it's not screen problems

Are you talking about the notification light?
If it stopped working it is because it is a 7 yr old phone!

It’s an old phone, is it could be a screen issue. Does it appear always?

When it's turned on, it's was always a blue dot, but after 2 years there is no that dot anymore, there is no screen problems

It might be an app doing it. To find out, go to settings, search draw, select "draw over other apps", then look for any app with the slider set to on.
