Seems like a very short cycle time for "new" models.

It's once a year, just like all cell phone manufacturers. Am I missing something?

Yeah I'm not sure what OPs actual gripe is when every manufacturer releases a phone like the same month every year. But I do agree the S25 seems a little underwhelming as an upgrade. As a matter of fact, it's almost useless to S23 and S24(me) owners. It's only a worthwhile upgrade for S22 users and below.
S Pen downgrade was a letdown. Seems they focused a lot more on AI this year, so hopefully it's actually as cool as they say. But at the very least the screen is bigger, the phone is thinner(I think), and the battery will last at least an extra hour.

My thoughts exactly. I took an online tour of the 25 and I saw almost no difference in features from the 24. in fact I just went from the 23 to the 24 and it's almost identical, other than then camera stuff, but even that only had a few new bells. Honestly I'm very surprised about that.

It's still not worth changing from S24U. At least my S24U has BT enabled S-pen.
