Wrong warranty date!

Galaxy Ring
I was chatting with Samsung Care about my Galaxy Ring to have it evaluated for replacement under warranty for poor battery life. In our chat the agent, said great news it is still under warranty that we have pulled from your watch as being 12/12/25. I informed them that I purchased my ring on 1/26/25 and the warranty states valid 1/29/26. 

I think they create obstacles on purpose!

I provided warranty number and the invoice of the ring. Not good enough, they need to validate and the BOS team ( whatever that means) will get back to me within 24-72 hrs ( not holding my breath) via SMS or call. 

Does anyone no what the BOS team is?

For that reason i don't deal with Samsung directly

Even if it was 12 12 date they must have time machine it would be under warranty still

There is no quitter in me!

Today was a customer service day, 6 hrs all told between Samsung and my cable provider. One problem settled one more to go.

Most of it was because of AWS outage.
