Galaxy RingBrand New out of the box Galaxy Ring. Installed the Galaxy ap., ap shows the ring bat. level. No matter what I select: Energy Score; Sleep; >Heart Rate; Stress I see a spinning wheel!!!
I have reset the ring (on charger select and hold the center button), uninstalled and reinstalled the ap., powered off and then powered on my phone, nothing changes!
Tried calling Samsung support, transferred to the group that handles Ring support, on hold for 44 min.!!!!!!!!!!! No one ever answers, 2nd time I have been through this rigmarole.
I have read that Samsung has some serous network issues and is not doing much to fix their network.
Any suggestions, or simply return it?

Galaxy RingThank you for reaching out, acs4cert. I can certainly understand your frustration with the spinning wheel on your app. In order to better assist you, can you please provide me with what app you are experiencing the spinning wheel with: Samsung Health or Galaxy wearables app?
