Galaxy RingMy Samsung Galaxy ring purchased in Feb 2025 won't hold the bluetooth connection to the phone. It will connect in the charger, then drop out, and won't connect when removed from the charger. It was fine a few weeks ago, but is no longer functioning properly.
I have reset the ring and Galaxy Wearable app, updated the software and bluetooth and it still won't hold the connection.
Aside from resetting in the charger there is no way to check if it's functionining properly or to figure out what is wrong with it.
It's under warranty but I've been told it will still incur a cost to investigate what is wrong with it.
It cost nearly $700 and is now completely useless as a wearable device. What a waste of money!

Galaxy RingThank you for reaching out, sL277. I can certainly understand your frustration with your Galaxy Ring repeatedly disconnecting when not in the charging case. Just to clarify in order to better assist you, is the ring not connecting while outside the charging case or is the ring dying while outside the charging case causing the Ring to disconnect?
