Galaxy RingI talked to them, I need to send my ring to their service/support office.
Hope they fix, my warranty just ended on 24th Oct.

I am experiencing the widely reported severe battery degradation issue with my Samsung Ring (Size 11).
The ring no longer holds a charge for a full day and consistently dies overnight. I attempted the recommended troubleshooting step of performing a device reset last week, which only provided a temporary, minor improvement before the poor battery performance immediately returned.
Furthermore, I am highly disappointed with Samsung's resolution options. Based on other customer experiences, sending the ring in for a paid repair appears ineffective, and the Samsung Ring is currently not accepted as a trade-in toward the purchase of a new device.
This lack of reliable battery life and acceptable repair/replacement pathways makes the device unusable. This issue needs a better resolution from Samsung.
