I purchased the Samsung Ring (SM-Q502NZKAXAR Model Code RFAX828N7MH)
last year, 2024-12-20 and it's worked wonderfully but for the past 2 weeks, the battery is barely lasting a whole day. At 1st I noticed after seeing that it's fully charged, when I take it out the case it immediately drops from 100 to 89. I did a reset and it helped for a few days but now, I was at 100 battery at 5:33PM now at 11:40PM I'm at 28 battery. I'm worried that I'll be stuck with tis issue since tomorrow makes a year. This was a very expensive purchase to have not lasted a year. Is there a fix for this battery drainging issue?
I'm having the same issue. Used to last a week. Now lasts a day. Been happening since the firmware update. I talked to Samsung Support and they wanted to charge me over $100 to fix it, because I'm a week or two out of warranty
