Samsung Health Team/Samsung Support Not Responding to Galaxy Ring Question

I had a single response from a moderator asking me to contact the Samsung Health Team with a link to the Samsung Support Page.  This was two months ago.  I've sent two messages via the contact form on the Support Page (I saw nothing specific to a Health team) and I also attempted to contact via the text messaging option, and I have yet to hear back from anyone.  Is there actually a Samsung Health Team?

I would try contacting Samsung support instead. I have never heard of the Samsung health team.

I believe that the link that they gave me for the "Samsung Health Team" is actually the Samsung Support page - so same, same.  How have you gotten a response?

OK - let me rephrase.  The moderator told me to contact the Samsung Health Team and gave me a link to the Samsung Support Page.  Via the Samsung Support Page, I found a contact form that I filled out once in May and once in June, and via the same page I attempted to use the text feature a few days ago.  It told me there were "longer than average wait times" or something of the sort, but it has now been days and no one has responded there either.  I am out of ideas.

As I said, I already tried to text that phone number on Tuesday and no one has responded yet.  I can try the chat one.

So far, I got a chat bot and it gave me the exact same message that I received via text message on Tuesday that wait times are more than one hour.
