Samsung Health Team/Samsung Support Not Responding to Galaxy Ring Question

I had a single response from a moderator asking me to contact the Samsung Health Team with a link to the Samsung Support Page.  This was two months ago.  I've sent two messages via the contact form on the Support Page (I saw nothing specific to a Health team) and I also attempted to contact via the text messaging option, and I have yet to hear back from anyone.  Is there actually a Samsung Health Team?

I had to say I wanted a human agent in order for them to give me a wait time, apologies for not being more clear, but I had done that before I wrote my last message.

I eventually got someone on the chat - theoretically.  Every 10 minutes they write me something, half the time it is non-sensical.  One time they pasted detailed instructions for something or another about the camera app when I'm writing about the health app.  Another time they directed me to try chatting with someone on the Support Page which is quite literally what I'm already doing.  Now they keep throwing bizarre recommendations at me for soft restarts and clearing of caches which does nothing, again with ten minute delays between each one. I keep asking if there is an email address for someone on the Health team and they keep ignoring my question.
