More specifically swimming or spending at least an hour in the pool? I don't really want to remove it for water activity. I normally remove my watch but I am hoping I don't need to remove my ring. I would still like to track physical activity.

This is what it says on the website
Consistent with 10ATM water-resistance classification (up to 100m of water for up to 10 minutes) and IP68 rating (up to 6 feet of water for up to 30 minutes). Rinse residue / dry after wet.
