I can't believe that I was told by Samsung that they wouldn't honor my military discount unless I spend over $400. I've never heard of this before and in the past have gotten my discount on any items that I ordered. This is a terrible way to treat veterans. Shame on you Samsung!
Are you using the Samsung Shop app? I just looked at a couple of accessories on there (phone cases, charging pads), and it showed my discount there, even for these relatively inexpensive items. I think you should keep after Samsung's customer service to get your situation resolved. And thanks for your service!
Thank you! I have always received the military discounts on all my purchases for years... on any item from them. That's why this is so disturbing... I use both the app and online to make purchases
