Galaxy RingHello, I just chatted with customer support and was asked to also post here after the agent submitted a request to a developer to check on the issue I'm experiencing. My Wearables app is missing the "Inactive time" feature in the health settings. I have attached a screenshot for reference. I confirmed that the apps and my phone are up to date. My wife's app is also missing the feature.

Galaxy RingI was instructed to do that by the chat agent after seeking clarification as to whether apps or rings was the best place.

Galaxy Ring@delgadoanthonyj I don't think that you are missing anything. That appears in the Watch -> Health settings but not in the Ring -> Health settings.

Galaxy RingI confirmed with the agent this is a ring feature. Plus, the instructions he gave to try to help me find it were specific to the ring.

The ring is more health than exercise. It is not meant to track exercise or inactive time,.

Galaxy RingSomeone stated they have it in the settings for their ring but it's grayed out. I also watched a YouTube video of someone walking you through where to find the feature specifically for the ring.
