Galaxy RingSo my ring started with battery drain after 10 months, and nothing helped, so I decided to have it looked at and realised I am in warranty and so sent it for repair.
They have come back to say the inner case is cracked, so no warranty and only option is buy a new one.
Whilst I do wear it all day and night, I take care of it and take it off at the gym, so I expect it to last longer than warranty.
Any thoughts on how a desk driving housewife cracked the inner ring.
PS the defect reports no problem with the battery.

Galaxy Ringso the thing is, the reason why samsung service center said there's a crack on your inner case to void your warranty. Let's say if your ring inner case isn't broken then they will replace your ring + the charging case, samsung service center can't replace the ring's battery, they will replace yours with a brand new one
so to claim your warranty that's why you should make sure all your ring and the case must be in the best condition
so now, you ended wearing galaxy with terrible battery life
