Galaxy RingIs anyone else having inaccurate heart rate tracking during workouts?
I wear the right on my right index finger and it fits snuggly enough and I have no issues measuring my heart rate manually when staying still.
However during workouts the heart rate tracking is inaccurate and inconsistent. For example it may see a high of 135 for a moment even though my heart rate is around 160 for the majority of the workout (using the treadmills monitor).
I had the same issue with the Galaxy Watch 4 even when I’d move it further up my wrist, or using it underneath my wrist, to keep it nice and snug.
I was hoping the heart rate monitoring issues would have been addressed with a device a few years newer but that doesn’t appear to be the case.
Fortunately I mostly care about sleep and step tracking so this isn’t a huge deal for me but it is a bit of a let down.

Galaxy RingCame here for answers on a related issue: During rest I'm getting a hr reading every 10 minutes on my ring, but during multiple different activities over the last 3 days that should increase my hr and I'd assume should be detected as workouts and collect continuous data, the hr data is very spotty (only 2 data points in 2 hours) or missing readings entirely (have tried with good fit on index and middle finger both bad results)

Galaxy RingDuring rest I'm getting (normal) HR readings every 10 minutes on my galaxy ring, but during multiple different activities over the last several days that would increase my HR fairly significantly (cross country skiing, moving hay bails, etc) all of which I'd assume should be detected as workouts and collect continuous (or at least additional) data, the HR data is very spotty (2 points collected while cross country skiing for 2 hours) or missing all HR data entirely. Have tried with good fit on index and middle finger both with same/similar results.
