Yours must be new because at a year or less it will be needing a charge every day as the battery charge will not last 24 hours. Enjoy it while you can.
I had one and absolutely loved it! But I haven’t worn it in a while because I’ve lost weight and it doesn’t fit me anymore. But I’m planning to get another one soon!

I like it as a super basic tracker. The battery lasts 5ish days, its reasonably non distracting, looks pretty good. Metrics wise, it has Shockingly accurate step counting, pretty good sleep tracking, basic heartrate. O2 monitoring is basically broken and useless and I can't speak on period tracking since I am not of the fairer gender.
I like it because I don't like Samsung's current watch/fitness band lineup, way too bulky. Simple, discreet, does what it says it does and nothing else.
My biggest criticism is the lack of any real finding features. It doesn't have any sort of Bluetooth tracking, and every few days I go on a little adventure around the house to try to figure out where I set it down.
