i think i have a virus on my galaxy 20 it keeps sending me adds for phone cleaner then sends me to the keyboard settings page. Help

You have adware/malware installed on your phone. You need to locate the 3rd party app causing those ads and uninstall the app. It could be a game you installed with malicious ads.
Download the nice catch app and enable "toast history" in the app settings. Nice catch should help you find the app's displaying those ads.
