Samsung note 8 not fast charging and there is double connect disconnect beep

As of today my fast charge is not working correctly. When I plug my phone into any fast charger I get a double charge sound. It will say "fast charging", then disconnect and say "cable charging" charging again and then charge but no fast charge. I had a moisture error earlier and after drying out the port all was fine for a day or two. Then after few days, I come home plug up my phone and I get the double charge thing with no way to fix it. 

I tried charging with other pair of charger and cable & even power bank (that i have been using to fast charge this phone for the last two years) but issue is still the same.

It honestly sounds like it may be an issue in the port, I'd recommend having it evaluated at your local walk-in service center: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/?product=N0054182
