My phone keeps telling me that I am not connected to a network even after getting a new phone can somebody help me with this issue please

If you are experiencing an issue connecting to a Wi-Fi network, here are some steps that may help: Galaxy phone Wi-Fi connection issues

 

If you are unable to connect to your provider's network, try checking your SIM card. SIM card issues on your Galaxy phone If you are still unable to connect to your carrier's network, you would need to follow up with them for additional troubleshooting.
