Galaxy Note PhonesThis has been happening after the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G security update in August 2024. And ever since then I've been a little concerned about it since it occurs in every app in my phone.

Galaxy Note PhonesHello TeaAri, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the flicker/jitter and stretched looking text in the apps.
Have you tried resetting the app settings? Phone Settings>General Management> Reset > Reset all settings
This does not remove your data, but will reset the apps. You will also need to reconnect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
You can also try testing the phone in Safe Mode to determine if there is a 3rd party app causing the behavior. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Galaxy Note PhonesThere are no more system updates for the Note 20 Ultra. Your service provider may push a security update. You would need to reach out to them to see if they are continuing security updates for the phone.
