If its a physical sim, put it in a known working device, send a text or call. Then switch it back and test. If it works in another device, his device is the issue, if it doesn't, its the sim and you should contact yhe carrier. Also, sometimes placing the sim in another device will trigger provisioning of the sim card and fix your issue. 🖖🏻
Check your phone. You may have mistakenly placed him on a block list or he may be marked as a spam number. I'd check for both. Secondly add him as a favorite number will help in the future too
I'm confused. Are you saying when he tries to call you or he tries to text you you don't receive the call or the text? Or, are you saying when a call comes into his phone you want it automatically transferred to your phone and when a text comes in to his phone you want it automatically transferred to your phone? Which one is it?
Calls and texts are a function of your service provider. We recommend contacting your service provider regarding the call and text information from your husbands phone.
