Not able to use my camera front or back after another update

Again after another update I'm not able to use my camera front or back all I have is a black screen and 2 I can't play any of my games

Settings > Privacy > Controls and alerts > Camera access : On

I've been without my camera over a month now. Samsung could care less. Pitiful customer service to say the least. Apple is looking better every day even though I hate their products
