Is this happening to anybody else's Note 10+ rear camera??

I got my brand new Note 10+ a week ago and I tried to take a picture of a clear night sky and I noticed a small bright dot lingering around the screen as I tried to shoot with the moon in frame. This small circle would follow the moon and reflect in different areas as I shifted angle. Does anyone experience the same thing? Is this hardware glitch or just an innate issue? I'm attaching pics.

This is called lens flare. Happens with even high end cameras. Google lens flare for further explanation.
