Relax. If you are signed into your Samsung account on your device, you do not need to worry. It is only a warning for people who may have left the Samsung universe and have not logged into their account on any device in the period of time stated. Those people will lose any backup they had in the cloud and, I think, their Samsung accounts will be closed. It wouldn't affect you if you are currently using a Samsung device.

As I said, it does not, repeat, does not affect CURRENT users. They are required to warn account holders when data is about to be deleted. They inform everyone, because it is a policy change, and it will make users aware of what will happen should they decide to leave the Samsung orbit.
