How to get rid of menu on screen?

Anyone know how to get rid of this menu tab on galaxy note 20 5g

@Drewman753 That is the Accessibility menu. To remove it:

1. Open settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Click on Accessibility button/gesture
5. Click on Select actions
6. Turn off everything on this screen.

@Drewman753 for a troubleshooting step, boot into safe mode. If that item is gone while booted in safe mode, then you know it is a 3rd party app causing it.

Yup Accessibility setting you probably need to turn it off. Likely recommend following the steps of @LongHiker for accessibility setting problems

Try to go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Accessibility settings. Take note that it may ask for a pin or password if you have one setup.
