How come I can play a game app when it's technically Disabled by Samsung due to not using it. I don't get that then cuz Disabled means not open right but I'm sitting here playing the thing...that ain't right, right?! That seems pointless then right?! I could b missing why it's there maybe....this is on a Note 10 plus 5g android 12 I think. That makes no sense to me ...

Galaxy Note Phones@420bunny When an app is "disabled" it isn't allowed to do background process when you are using it. It you open a disabled app, it becomes enabled and you are allowed to use it. It will then use background process until the usage or power algorithm decides to disable it.
