Ticked that Samsung is switching to Google messaging. Both Samsungs app and Googles doesn't allow me to recieve all of my text messages and I never get responses from a group text. I've been told I have to upgrade from my Note 20 5G to be able to turn on RCS in able to get all of my texts. Thanks Samsung as this is going to cost me $400 - $500 or more. You could at give customers a better option other than making them have to upgrade.

Any and all advice is welcome. May have to switch to Apple!

RCS is carrier-dependent. It has nothing to do with upgrading your phone. If your carrier allows it, you can use RCS messaging with Google Messages.
