Galaxy bubs live

I bought a set of buds live 120.00 for my wife while she was in the hospital. The charge last around 20 minutes from 100% to 0%.if I would have known they were trash bubs I would have bought the shokz and not wasted the 120.00. Anyone know how to fix them? And yes noise canceling is off and the case is fully charged

Yeah i noticed after writing. If i buy earbuds and they dont i return them asap why wait.

Yeah, I've completely lost track of time when family was in the hospital. You only think about them getting better and not returning something.
