Cannot update my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra

EVERYTIME I try to check my phone for a update , or update my phone , I get a connecting to server , registration failed message. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra . Who is the server for Samsung ????

Thank you. I THINK that I ACTUALLY SAW UI 5.1 when I was trying to update my phone. I will check right now , and I will let you know what I find out. Thank you

I just now checked. And I found 5.1 under one UI version. Would THAT be where you find it ????? Or would it be somewhere else ????

I found June 2024 .

I just now checked again. The FIRST TIME I checked , it said June 2024.
THEN when I checked just now , it says that there is no information for this update.

I can't seem to upgrade my note 20 Ultra from Samsung 11. It says the phone updated to current program. Any ideas on how to update to 12 and 13?

Reason1 believe this....... the phone screen is NOW CRACKED, THE SYLUS DOES NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE PHYSICAL PHONE ITS SELF....UMMM MANY OTHER REASON....SXXXX.
