Galaxy Note Phones
My battery has been draining a whole lot faster once I remove it from my charger. It goes to 100 to 90, then dies, 54 to 37, then dies. And it has been repeatedly doing this for a week. I have checked a lot and still didn't get a solution. I don't experience any overheat and i have checked if there was problems with my phone and nothing unusual has came up. Can anyone help?

Galaxy Note PhonesSounds like the battery has went bad and isn't holding a charge. I would suggest running the diagnostic tests in the support tab on the bottom of the Members app to test the battery and possible contact a service center to have the phone fully tested

It is a 5 year old battery, it has had a good life. It s either time for a new phone, or a battery replacement.
