Galaxy Note PhonesIs there a way to incorporate the security measure whereby if someone changes the sim card the phone can send anonymous message to two pre selected numbers without the knowledge of the person changing the simcard. This I think will help in tracking lost phones ..it used to be in some models but don't know why samsung stopped this feature.

Galaxy Note Phoneswould be a very nice feature. But the phone needs a SIM to send those messages, at best it'll be notification sent to Google account or Samsung account... which those can be removed quite easily (Google account doesn't need password to remove, and Samsung account can be removed by factory resets...)
The best way would be to lock the SIM to the phone
