I've been trying to get replacement ear tips for the Galaxy buds 3 pros for a month and keep getting the run around! I pre-ordered my Galaxy buds 3 Pro and got them prior to Samsung stopping the shipments back in July! My ear tips ripped when I was trying to swap sizes and Samsung is not helping at all! This is crazy to me since they knew it was an issue. The non customer support I have received has been really making me rethink my relationship with Samsung! I'm about to have an ex real soon! I've called in at least 6 times and have a text string that I would love to post on here showing how incompetent Samsung support is! I'm sure this will get removed probably but I have to try to post everywhere I possibly can to let people know how horrible their customer service is!
