When is Samsung dropping overear headphones ?

Like this is a serious question ⁉️ We seen the apple max over ear headphones but we only get the small buds .. when are they at least partnering with someone to make it happen !

Samsung owns JBL and AKG. While they aren't as deeply integrated to your Samsung phone as Galaxy Buds, buying JBL or AKG over-ears effectively = buying Samsung over-ears. I would not anticipate that Samsung would directly compete against their subsidiaries in this product category.

JBLs are integrated enough, they appear in the Find App and Smart Things.  They just have to be controlled by their own app.
