Galaxy BudsHey everyone, I want to share my experience with Samsung's terrible customer service. Hopefully, this helps others and holds Samsung accountable.
On February 4th, I received my Samsung Buds 3 Pro along with my S25 Ultra. After just 1 hour of use, I noticed an issue with the noise cancellationāwhenever I activated it, I would hear a really annoying white noise.
I called support, and they told me to update the software and reset the earbuds, but the problem didnāt go away. Since they were still defective, I was asked to send them in for repair.
A few days later, Samsung told me that my earbuds had liquid damage and that I had to pay $180 to fix them. How is that even possible? I only used them for an hour! They were never exposed to water.
But it gets worseā¦
A Samsung representative lied to me, saying I could request a replacement once I got my earbuds back. That was false, and because of their misinformation, Samsung canceled my ticket.
Now, Iām stuck with no solution, and theyāre blaming me for something I didnāt do.

:red_circle: Is Samsung using this excuse to avoid honoring warranties?
I will keep fighting, and if they donāt fix this, I will report them to the FTC and BBB.
If youāre thinking about buying the Buds 3 Proā¦ think twice.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm apologizing cause it's the only sincere apology you're gonna get. I have read many complaints about samsung not honoring the warranty on their products. So you're not alone. And it is indeed done by them to get out of honoring the warranty. But it is not right that samsung does this. They are no longer trustworthy in my opinion based on their actions.
Do report this to the BBB and the FTC and every venue you can. Call your bank. Saying nothing allows them to get away with it. I wish you luck and am sorry for you and all who are suffering from samsung's criminal behavior.

I always had and defended Samsung all my life, I invested the worst 1500 dollars of my life, Samsung never again.
