Right bud has a strange whistle that sometimes intensifies and leaves, to come back in a few seconds. It gets louder with higher volumes leaving a very poor sound experience.

Odd. May be an issue with the ambient sound mode. Are you still using default tips or have you installed 3rd party ones?

Still using default tips, and also Ambient Sound tends to hammer your ear whenever you make something slightly noisy. (not complaining still but something to consider in the future).

Is the right bud seated in your ear correctly?  You may have an irregularly shaped ear canal.  Are all openings clean and free of debris?

To begin with have you used your phone's camera to zoom into the inside of your tips. If you have removed them just to take a look at the mesh that stops debris from going into the top of the speaker plastic protecting the inside drivers if not try doing so to see if it's clogged and clean it having clean tips on a daily basis will give you the best sound quality. Also check your settings to figure out if anything is interfering and causing that whistling sound or maybe it has to do with your Ambient sound if it's turned on turn it off. Now if you have done many troubleshooting steps and your purchase is less than a year and none of the troubleshooting steps worked contact Samsung to get a warranty repair on them.

Hello MiZocas, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to experience a whistling noise on the right side.

Make sure the phone, earbuds, and all apps are fully updated.

Just for reference, we will post a link to using the Active Noise Canceling for blocking the background noises. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001322/

We also recommend checking the fit of the earbuds. This link contains steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003519/

Try resetting the earbuds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

If you continue to hear the wind noise after verifying settings and checking the fit, and the reset does not help, we recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

Additionally, you can have the Buds 3 Pro evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
