Ineed help please. 

I have an S24 ultra phone & samsung buds 2. When I first got me s24 ultra, the buds 2 paired & they worked fine together. Now I can't get them to work correctly, specifically with youtube or my mp3 music. 
I've done my due diligence: the phone & ear buds are charged. I've unpaired & paired again several times. The buds work for calls, but not for listening to other things. I'm really frustrated with this. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try a reset of the Buds?

I don't know how to do a reset of the buds.

In the wearable app, Earbuds Settings then Reset.

I reset the Buds & then re-paired with just my phone. They are not paired with any other device. I'm still having the same problem. Music is fine, but not youtube. Grrrr, this is so frustrating!

Hello user9GlnSkWkJQ, Welcome to the Community. We know how frustrating it is for the earbuds to not work for streaming. 

Which app are you using for your mp3 music?

Are you subscribed to YouTube Premium?

We are using the S24 Ultra with the Buds 2, and they are working for streaming from YouTube and other apps. 

Have you tried resetting the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings? Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings (You will have to reconnect to all wireless devices again.)

I'm using Amazon Music app for all the music I listen to. I'm subscribed to yt premium, I've never had any problem with the buds 2 until recently, the past 2 weeks. I haven't made any changes to the apps or buds 2, other than regular updates sent out. I will try resetting wifi/bt settings.
