I've attempted the FIT TEST several times always get Poor Fit. I've tried combination of tips and always get same result. Also, 1st time I attempted 2 remove tip, it tore. I contacted Samsung Support chat and was put thru a rigorous INTERROGATION 4 58 min. Reluctantly agent stated I would receive a replacement 4 the damaged 1 in 3-5 days. This was the worst service I ever received from Samsung. Also, I have 2 pr. of Pro, 1 pr of Pro 2 and always decent performance. Not a fan
of the Pro 3 especially at that price. Anyone else experienced any of this aforementioned???
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Samsung!! I don't even bother calling those folks on the phone as they have I've experienced in the past HORRIBLE customer service!
