After the last update, my microphone doesn't work, and I need a new microphone or repair for my old headphones.

Does this happen with all apps or just calls?

What type of device are you pairing your buds with?

 

Are you using your buds through the Galaxy wearables app or the settings in your phone?

Here is the information you asked for:
 
• Model: Galaxy Buds 3 Pro
• Issue: The microphone stopped working right after the latest update.
• Apps: The problem happens in all apps, not only during calls.
• Software version:R630XXU0AYJ1
• Phone model: Samsung galaxy S23
• I am using the buds through the Galaxy Wearable app, not only phone settings.
 
The issue is constant, and people cannot hear me during calls or voice messages.
 
Please assist me with this problem.

Thank you for that information. That doesn't appear to be the latest software update on the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in the US. Were your buds purchase in the US? Support for US products is the focus of this forum. If your device is a non-US model information is severely limited. I'm having the same issues. 

 

After the update people can't hear me on normal calls or video calls... 

 

I also made some testing recordings and they came back with only a few seconds of basslike sound and then silence

 

 

 

I'm in mexico and my latest version is R630XXU0AYJ1/R630XXU0AYJ1
